The company Nora Rey Traiteur reached 40 years of business career and among the celebration ideas for the anniversary was publishing a book. The name we proposed was simple, clear and straightforward: Nora Rey, 40 years, 40 recipes.
The idea was to share some of the recipes of the emblematic company and to take advantage of the occasion and honor its founder: Nora Rey.
The book has an introduction with the story of the company and some representative photographs that show, for example, distinguished personalities of the region or even the kings of Spain participating in a ceremony organized by Nora Rey. The second part of the publication includes the 40 recipes. Nora thought that the best way to present them was dividing them into seasons; first comes Autumn, then Winter, then Spring and finally Summer.
