Los Nietitos, leader brand in the elaboration and the commercialization of marmalades and jams in Uruguay, trusted us with the development of the graphic identity for their recent innovation: Crème Cholatte. The product’s delicious taste is based on a soft mix of dulce de leche, chocolate and a touch of hazelnuts.
The greatest challenge of this project was to make a clear differentiation with the dulce de leche category, so a series of new visual codes to highlight its original flavor had to be created.
The packaging design for Crème Cholatte included handmade typography, subtle touches of vibrant colors that stood out upon the brown background and a photograph of the product on a toast that adds a lot of tastiness to the packaging. The product that was first launched as a limited edition, transformed into a regular product thanks to its great acceptance by the consumers.
